Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Dropsite, a service for publishing, protecting and tracking hosted web pages and client deal rooms (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Jorge Lucas Quaresma Veloso, an individual ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms and are contracting with Jorge Lucas Quaresma Veloso.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age to form a contract, and if you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent plan limits or technical restrictions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, or to host illegal, harmful or deceptive content;
• send fraud, phishing, spam or malware;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the Service's security, including probing, scanning, scraping or overloading it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the pages and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it.

Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation and branding.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. You can close your account at any time. After termination, we may delete your content after a reasonable period; you can export your pages before closing your account.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the Service or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes are subject to the courts of the seller's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
